1000 calorie diet menu for 7 days is free diet plans. It's free seven day diet plan for Yang-deficiency people about how to eat right in winter. Yang-deficiency people always feel cold. This diet meal plan helps you release cold feeling as well as lose weight.

This is first day diet menu. We used seasonal foods kale, acorn squash, parsnip, and cabbage. Most of them are warm nature.

Tomato sauce, carrot, celery, acorn squash, parsnip, cabbage, 1 tablespoon for each vegetable, chopped(60g)

Breakfast recipes for 1000 calorie diet menu for 7 days

a. Hard-Boiled Egg Recipe

One egg, clean, add in cold water of a cooker.

Cook 7-8mins. See here for details of how to cook hard-boiled egg.


b. Homemade Nutrition Paste Recipe

It composes of Walnut, black sesame seeds, black rice, black soybean, Chinese date, crystal sugar.

We call it Nutrition Paste as we think these items are nature supplement foods.

It needs some time to cook it. So you can cook one meal, store in fridge and eat for one week. Just for our diet program 1000 Calorie Diet Menu for 7 Days

Let's start now.

Prepare the above ingredients, 250g(about 9oz) for each item. I like to put some raisin to add flavor. If you don't like sweet food you can add less crystal sugar (such as 100g,200g,etc).

You need to cook or soak them first.

1.Bake walnut, grind.
2.Stir fry black sesame seeds.
3.Soak black rice over night, grind. (Don't throw away the water)
4.Steam black soybean (add water cover the black soybean and steam), grind. (Don't throw away the soup)
5.Grind crystal sugar. (option)
6.Chinese date, remove kernel, grind.

7.Raisin(option),clean, drain.

Mix the above powder, stir evenly. Add soaked water (left from the above 3) and the soup (from the above 4). Stir well. You can add more water if you feel dry. Steam the mixture for 30-60mins. Here is the paste. Cool, store in the fridge.

Every morning during the seven day diet plan take 1/3 cup of Nutrition Paste, warm up, serve. Nutrition and tasty.


c. Green Pepper with Tomato Sauce

Clean green bell pepper, serve with tomato sauce.


d. Steamed Sweet Potato

Clean, cut into 3-4 small blocks. Steam for 10-20mins.

Serve with guacamole.


Lunch recipes for 1000 calorie diet menu for 7 days

a. Stir fried Beef with Celery Recipe

Clean beef, cut into thin strips. Marinate in soy sauce, rice wine and cornstarch for 15mins.

Cut celery into small sections. (If broad cut into strips first).

Heat oil in a wok, add beef, stir fry in onions, garlic, ginger, etc.

Add celery, stir fry. Add seasoning to taste.

b. Tomato and Mixed Vegetable Soup Recipe

Dice tomato.

Heat oil in a wok, add tomato, soy sauce, stir fry till soft and becomes liquid.

Add all the vegetables: carrot, celery, acorn squash, parsnip, cabbage. Stir fry till soft.

Add tomato sauce and 200g hot water. Simmer till thicken.

Serve: Roll beef celery in tortilla, serve with soup.


Dinner recipes for 1000 calorie diet menu for 7 days

a. Mutton with Angelica and Astragalus Soup Recipe

Angelica is Chinese medicinal herb which nourishes blood. This recipe came from one of Chinese medical sage two thousand yeas ago. It promotes Yang Qi. Most obese people are deficient both in Yang and QI.

Ingredients :

150g mutton

15g angelica

22.5g ginger


Clean mutton, cut into small blocks.

Add 4 cups of water in a pot, add mutton, angelica and ginger. Bring to a boil.

Simmer for 60mins in very low heat.

Add salt to taste.

After cool down, skim the fat, remove the angelica and ginger.

Eat meat and drink soup.

b. Steamed Buckwheat with Brown Rice Recipe

Clean rice, soak in water for 30mins.

Steam for 30-40mins.

Clean, add in boiling water till soft.

Take out quickly. Drain well after cool.

Cut into small sections.

Add oil, salt and other seasonings to taste.
