Breakfast recipes for 1000 calorie diet plan for 7 days

a. Yogurt

b. Homemade Nutrition Paste Recipe

It composes of Walnut, black sesame seeds, black rice, black soybean, Chinese date, crystal sugar.

You have to cook it yourself. However, during these seven day diet plan program period, you only need to cook one time, store and serve for 7 days.

This is 2nd day, take 1/3 cup, put in a bowl, steam for 10mins.

c. Kale Salad Recipe

Clean Kale, boil in water till soft.

Quickly take out, cool, drain.

Cut into small section. Sprinkle oil, salt, vinegar and other seasoning to taste.

 

d. Steamed Sweet Potato

Clean, cut into 3-4 small blocks. Steam for 10-20mins.

Serve with guacamole.

b. Stir Fried Egg with Tomato and Collard Green Recipe

Wash tomato, diced. Wash collard green, cut into strips.

Crack egg into a small bowl.

Heat oil in a wok, slip in egg, stir fry.

Add onions and garlic, tomato and collard green.

Stir fry and simmer for 5mins.

Add salt and other seasonings to taste.

Serve: Roll egg with tomato dish in tortilla, serve.
