1000 calorie diet plan for 7 days is free healthy 1000 calorie diets. It's free seven day diet plan for Yang-deficiency people about how to eat right in winter. Yang-deficiency people always feel cold. This diet meal plan helps you release cold feelings as well as lose weight.

This is the seventh day diet menu. We didn't prepare meat/fish at this last day. We have yogurt and egg. But the protein is still low. However, you can can put more tofu if you need more protein.

We use seasonal foods such as kale, turnip, parsnip, etc.. They are warm nature. We introduced homemade Nutrition Paste. It's nature supplement. Chicken is also good to people who always feel cold. At the first three days we also use one secret formula from ancient China two thousand years ago. It'll help you promote Yang Qi. (Sometimes that our digestive system becomes slow is because our Yang Qi becomes deficient.)

b. Homemade Nutrition Paste Recipe

It composes of Walnut, black sesame seeds, black rice, black soybean, Chinese date, crystal sugar.

You have to cook it yourself. However, during these seven day diet plan program period, you only need to cook one time, store and serve for 7 days.

This is the last day. Put the rest paste in a bowl. Steam for 5-10mins to warm up.

c. Kale Salad Recipe

Wash kale, poach in boiling water.

Take out, cut into small section.

Add salt, oil, vinegar and other seasonings to taste.


Lunch recipes for 1000 calorie diet plan for 7 days

a. Stewed Chickpea with Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Heat oil in a wok. Add curry sauce, onions and garlic, Stir well.

Add chickpea and all the vegetables. Add salt and 1tbsp hot water.

Stir well. Simmer for 10-20mins.

Add seasonings to taste.


Dinner recipes for 1000 calorie diet plan for 7 days

a. Stir Fried Egg with Tomato Pasta Recipe

Crack egg in a bowl, stir well.

Heat oil in a wok, slip in egg. Stir fry.

Add soy sauce, Italian vanilla herbs, mushroom, stir.

Add salt, tomato and tomato sauce, stir fry.

Add pasta and 1tbsp hot water, stir fry till fully mixed.

Go for other days of 1000 calorie diet plan for 7 days.
