1200 calorie 7 day meal plan - day3 is real healthy 1200 calorie diet plan. It's free seven day diet plan for Yang-deficiency people about how to eat right in winter.

Yang-deficiency people always feel cold. We used one secret formula from ancient China which will promote Yang Qi. Besides this, we have home-made Nutrition Paste recipes which can promote your anti-disease ability. So we call it real healthy diet plan.

This is the third day 1200 calorie diet menu.

Breakfast: There is oatmeal, milk, Nutrition paste and cabbage. Many free online diet plans don't contain enough vegetables, especially at breakfast. But we always have many.

Drinks, we still use jujube (Chinese date) and ginger tea. It can warm up you in cold day.

Breakfast recipes for 1200 calorie 7 day meal plan - day3

a. Oatmeal with Milk

Prepare a big bowl. Add milk, add oatmeal.

Steam for 5-10mins.(You can nuke in microwave 2mins)

You can combine oatmeal, milk and Nutrition Paste. It's ugly but delicious.

 

b. Homemade Nutrition Paste Recipe

It composes of Walnut, black sesame seeds, black rice, black soybean, Chinese date, crystal sugar.

You have to cook it yourself. However, during these seven day diet plan program period, you only need to cook one time, store and serve for 7 days.

c. Cabbage Salad Recipe

Clean cabbage, steam for 10mins.

Take out, cool, drain.

Cut into strips. Sprinkle oil, salt, vinegar and other seasoning to taste.

 

Mid-morning snack:

Hard-Boiled Egg Recipe

One egg, clean, add in cold water of a cooker.

b. Stewed Tofu and Lentils with Winter Squash and Tomato Recipe

Dice tofu, winter squash, and tomato into small cubes.

Heat oil in a wok, add onions and garlic for fragrance.

Add tofu, pan fry. Add lentils, winter squash and tomato, stir well.

Add a tablespoon water. Simmer for 10mins.

Add salt and other seasonings to taste.

 

c. Steamed Brown Rice with Bulgar Recipe

Soak rice and bulgar in water for 30mins.

Steam for 30-40mins.

a. Mutton with Angelica and Astragalus Soup Recipe

Angelica is Chinese medicinal herb which nourishes blood. This recipe came from one of Chinese medical sage two thousand years ago. It promotes Yang Qi. Most obese people are deficient both in Yang and QI.

c. Stir Fried Shiitake with Bokchoy Recipe

Wash shiitake and bok choy, drain well.

Heat oil in a wok, add onions and garlic.

Add shiitake and 1 tablespoon water, stir fry.

Simmer for 5mins. Add bok choy stir fry till soft.

Add salt and other seasonings to taste.
