Free 1200 calorie 7 day plan is real healthy 1200 calorie diet plans for people who always feel cold about how to eat right in winter. After one week diet, you'll learn how to prepare your meals in healthy way.
This the first day diet plan and menu. In this day it may take you longer time. You'll prepare our two special recipes. We have two recipes that help Yang-deficiency people to overcome coldness in winter. One is Nutrition Paste which you cook one time and will serve 7 days. Another one is an ancient secret recipe Mutton Soup which you cook one time and will serve 3 days.
We used seasonal vegetables such as kale, collard greens, winter squash, parsnip, etc.. They are all warm nature foods.

Breakfast recipes for 1200 calorie 7 day plan
a. Homemade Nutrition Paste Recipe
We used walnut, black sesame seeds, black rice, black soybean, and Chinese date(jujube) in this recipe. All these foods are good to our kidney. They are natural supplement. Click here for how to make this Nutrition Paste.
Serve 7 days.
b. Egg with Green Pepper Salad
Place two egg in cold water, bring to a boil. Continue to cook 10mins.
5 mins after turn off heat, put the eggs into cold water.
5 mins later, you can easy to take off eggshell.
Throw away one egg yolk.
Cut one egg and one egg white into small cubes.
Cut green pepper into small cubes.
Mix green pepper and egg with guacamole.
Sprinkle Romano cheese.
Morning Drinks: Jujube (Chinese date) and Ginger Tea
2-3 jujube, split; 1 ginger flake
Add the above ingredients in a cup. Pour in boiling water, cover for 5mins.
Serve when it becomes lukewarm.
Mid-morning snack: Steamed Sweet Potato with Tomato Sauce
Clean, cut into 3-4 small blocks. Steam for 10-20mins.
Serve with tomato sauce.
Lunch recipes for free 1200 calorie 7 day plan
a. Stir fried Beef with Collard Greens Recipe
Clean beef, cut into thin strips. Marinate in soy sauce, rice wine and cornstarch for 15mins.
Cut shiitake into strips.
Cut collard greens into strips.
Heat oil in a wok, add beef, stir fry in onions, garlic, ginger, etc..
Add shiitake, collard green, stir fry. Add seasoning to taste.
b. Tomato with Mixed Vegetable Soup Recipe
Heat oil in a wok, add tomato, soy sauce, stir fry till soft and becomes liquid.
Add all the vegetables: carrot, celery, acorn squash, parsnip, cabbage. Stir fry till soft.
Add tomato sauce and 200g hot water. Simmer till thicken.
Serve: Roll beef collard green in tortilla, serve with soup.
c. Steamed White Rice and Brown Rice Recipe
Clean, add water to the rice till the water is higher.
The height between the water and the rice should be the first section of the index finger.
Soak for 30mins. Steam 30-40 mins.
Dinner recipes for free 1200 calorie 7 day plan
a. Mutton with Angelica and Astragalus Soup Recipe
Angelica and Astragalus are Chinese medicinal herbs. Angelica nourishes blood while Astragalus promote Qi. This recipe was created by one of Chinese medical sage two thousand yeas ago. b. Steamed Buckwheat with Brown Rice Recipe
Clean rice, soak in water for 30mins.
Steam for 30-40mins.

Clean, add in boiling water till soft.
Take out quickly. Drain well after cool.
Cut into small sections.
Add oil, salt and other seasonings to taste.
