1200 calorie diet menu for 7 days provides detail recipes and nutrition facts about protein, fat and carbohydrate. It helps Yang-deficiency people remove coldness as well as lose weight.
This is the last day of this 7 day diet program. We didn't prepare meat and fish but prepared egg, yogurt. It's good for Yang-deficiency people to eat some mutton, chicken, beef, pork and fish, especially in winter. But it doesn't mean that you eat meat each day or each meal. Tofu, mushroom and beans contain much protein. Some vegetables such as spinach and broccoli contain much protein, too. You also get protein from whole grains.
Vegetarian cooking tends to use more cooking oil. Try to control oil intake even it's plant oil.

Breakfast recipes for 1200 calorie diet menu for 7 days Day7
b. Homemade Nutrition Paste Recipe
It was prepared in Day1. Put the rest Nutrition Paste in a bowl, steam for 5mins to warm up.

c. Kale Salad Recipe
Wash kale, poach in boiling water.
Take out, cut into small section.
Add salt, oil, vinegar and other seasonings to taste.
d. Steamed Sweet Potato
Clean, cut into 3-4 blocks, steam for 10-15mins.
Serve with guacamole.
Drinks: Osmanthus Flower with Jujube(Chinese Dates) and Longan tea
Add three ingredients in a cup, pour in boiling water, cover for 10mins,serve.

a. Stewed Chickpea with Mixed Vegetables Recipe
Cut tofu into small pieces
Heat oil in a wok. Add tofu, pan fry. Add curry sauce, onions and garlic, Stir well.
Add chickpea and all the vegetables. Add salt and 1tbsp hot water.
Stir well. Simmer for 10-20mins.
Add seasonings to taste.
b. Stir Fried Collard Green with Shiitake Recipe
Clean collard green, split into small pieces.
Heat oil in a wok, add onions and garlic, stir.
Add in shiitake and one tbsp hot water, simmer for 5mins.
Add collard green, stir fry till soft.
Add salt and other seasoning to taste.

a. Stir Fried Egg with Tomato Pasta Recipe
Dice tomato into small cubes.
Crack egg in a bowl, stir well.
Heat oil in a wok, slip in egg. Stir fry.
Add soy sauce, Italian vanilla herbs, mushroom, stir.
Add salt, tomato and tomato sauce, stir fry.
Add pasta and 1tbsp hot water, stir fry till fully mixed.
