1/4 cup raw Job's Tears, 5 cups water.

Bring to a boil. Continue to boil for 60mins with low heat.

Clean broccoli, cut into bite size.

Clean beef, cut into thin strips. Marinate in soy sauce, rice wine for 15mins.

c. Abalone Soup Recipe

Cut abalone into thin flakes. Add in water. Bring to a boil.

Mix one tsp cornstarch with water, salt. Add in the soup.

Bring to a boil again. Turn off heat.
