1000 Calorie Diet Menu
The free 3 day diet meal plan is also free 1000 calorie diet plans.
This is the 2nd day diet menu. From today, we add more calories at breakfast while decrease at dinner. We know that if we eat too much at dinner we'll become fat easily and quickly.
We don't have so many activities at night as that in the daytime. The extra energy will be turned into fat and stored inside our body. Most of us used to have a big dinner, but this is a really bad habit.
From now on, eat less at night. You'll feel hungry in the morning, so you'll have a good habit to eat more in the morning.

Breakfast recipes for free 3 day diet meal plan:
a. Fresh Beets and Blueberries Juice Recipe
Clean and peel beet, cut into small pieces, place in a juicer with blueberries.
b. Hard-boiled egg.
Put add in a cooker with cold water, bring to a boil. Continue boil 07-10mins in medium heat. Serve with tomato sauce.
c. Boiled corn Recipe
Clean corn, put in a pot, add water just cover the corn.
Boil for 15-60mins depends on the freshness of your corn.
If it's old corn you'd better boil it previous night, then store it in the fridge.
d. Eggplant Salad Recipe
Clean, steam for 15-20mins in a tray of a steamer.
Take out, cut into small pieces, add sesame oil and other seasonings to taste.
Lunch recipes for free 3 day diet meal plan
a. Steamed Fish Recipe
Clean Salmon fish, rub with mixture of rice wine, salt and vinegar. Marinate 10mins.
Steam for 10mins. Serve with sauce.
b. Chard with Tofu Salad Recipe
Poach chard, drain well, cut into small pieces.
Cut tofu into small cubes, steam for 3-5mins.
Mix with chard, add sesame oil and other seasonings to taste.
Mung Bean Soup Drink Recipe
Take 1/2 cup mung bean, clean, add in boiling water.
Boil 10mins(before the grain opens),pour out the soup. This is mung bean soup drink.
Take 1/2 oz cooked mung bean to make Steamed Brown Rice with Mung Bean.
Store the rest in the fridge for future use.
c. Steamed Brown Rice with Mung Bean Recipe
Soak rice and mung bean for 30mins.
Dinner recipes for free 3 day diet meal plan
a. Stewed Lentils with Summer Squash and Carrot Recipe
When you cook lentils it's better to steam it first.
Clean, put lentils in a heat-proof case. Steam for 15-60mins depends on the freshness of the lentils.
Dice summer squash and carrot.
Heat oil in a wok, stir fry curry sauce in garlic, onions.
Stir fry lentils, summer squash and carrot. Add salt and other seasonings.
Add 2 tablespoon water, simmer in low heat till done.
b. Job's Tears and Small Red Bean Porridge
Clean Job's Tears and small red bean. Add 500g water.
Boil for 60-90mins with low heat.
Serve grains with the lentils dish.
