Here 3 day diet plans is not for weight loss fast, nor just confine to a few foods. It's healthy 3 day diet. It helps to form a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle. However, it really works to lose weight. It's also 1000 calorie diet plan, suitable for girls/ladies who have sedentary lifestyle.

Four situations you can use these three day diet plan:

a. Busy girls who only have your own time on weekends. You can go for this 3 day diet plan on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

b. Those who always break your routine life on weekends. You can go for this diet program on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, or Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

c. If you have an important party, or a dating, or any other important activities that need to show a better shape and wear a beautiful dress, you can go for this 3 day weight loss diet.

d. If you are an impulsive style person, cannot insist on one thing for long time, then you can go for this 3 day diet meal plan, too.

These are samples of 3 day diet menus for those are Yin-deficiency or Yang-excess. Both people always feel hot, easy to get sweaty. And it's for summer time. So we choose seasonal summer vegetables and fruits: beets, cucumber, corn, chard, summer squash, blueberries, raspberries, water melon.

In this diet menu, we include drinks which are from food. Mung Bean Soup is very effective to purge summer heat. Job's Tears Soup is used to remove dampness in our body.

Those who always feel cold belongs to Yang deficiency or Qi deficiency. You can replace mung bean with other warm nature food.

Don't go for other foods and drinks except plain water or homemade light green tea.
