7 day 1200 calorie diet plan Day4 is free seven day diet plan for people who feel cold about how to eat right in winter. We provide nutrition fact such as protein, fat and carbohydrate for each meal.

Yang-deficiency people or Qi-deficiency people always feel cold. We adopted a secret recipe which can promote Yang Qi. It's from ancient China two thousand years ago. Many winter seasonal vegetables are warm nature. We used a lot of them.

Breakfast: Nutrition paste nourish kidney Qi. Red pepper is rich in Vitamin C. One red bell pepper meets your one day's need for Vc. Walnut is also warm nature food. Sweet potato should be very good snack.

Lunch: Chicken with Broccoli is typical Chinese dish, suitable for Yang-deficiency people. Rice vinegar will add flavor to Stir Fried Potato with Celery. Eating brown rice and bulgur will lose weight comparing eating fine flour and find grain.

Dinner: Quinoa is healthy whole grain. It's delicious to cook with mixed vegetables.

Breakfast recipes for 7 day 1200 calorie diet plan Day4

a. Egg with Red Pepper and Apple Salad Recipe

Boiling egg.

One egg, clean, add in cold water of a cooker.

Cook 7-8mins. See here for details of how to cook hard-boiled egg.

Cut egg, red pepper and apple into small cubes.

Mix in hummus.

 

b. Homemade Nutrition Paste Recipe

Take 1/3 cup, place in a bowl. Steam for 5mins to warm up.

Nutrition Paste composes of Walnut, black sesame seeds, black rice, black soybean, Chinese date, crystal sugar.

You have to cook it yourself. However, during these seven day diet plan program period, you only need to cook one time, store and serve for 7 days.

Lunch recipes for 7 day 1200 calorie diet plan Day4

a. Stir Fried Chicken with Broccoli Recipe

Cut chicken into thin flakes. Marinate for 15mins.

Cut broccoli into small pieces.

Heat oil in a wok, stir fry chicken in onions and garlic.

Add broccoli, stir fry.

Add a tablespoon water. Simmer for 5mins.

Add salt and other seasonings to taste.

b. Stir Fried Potato with Celery Recipe

Clean potato, peeled. Cut into thin strips. (you can use kitchen tool).

Cut celery into thin strips.

Heat oil in a wok, add onions and garlic, stir.

Add in potato strips and celery strips.

Stir fry, add soy sauce and rice vinegar (or lemon juice)

Stir fry till thoroughly cooked.(add hot water if dry).

Add salt and other seasonings to taste.

 

c. Steamed Brown Rice with Bulgar Recipe

Soak rice and bulgar in water for 30mins.

Steam for 30-40mins.

Dinner recipes for 7 day 1200 calorie diet plan Day4

a. Steamed Fish Recipe

1 1/2 oz salmon fillet, cut thinner if thick.

Rub salt and rice wine. Place on a heat-proof plate.

Steam for 7-8mins.

 

c. Stir Fried Quinoa with Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Carrot, turnip, parsnip, green bell pepper and red bell pepper, all chopped into very small pieces.

Heat oil in a wok, add onions and garlic. Add the above vegetables, stir fry till soft.

Add lentils, quinoa and tomato sauce. Add some water if dry. Stir fry till all material completely combined.

Add salt and other seasonings to taste.
