7 day 1200 calorie menu Day6 provides detail recipes and nutrition facts about protein, fat and carbohydrate. It helps Yang-deficiency people remove coldness as well as lose weight.
At breakfast we have oatmeal, Nutrition Paste, Egg with Celery dish and climentines. Snack is Sweet potato.
At Lunch we prepared Stewed Mussle with lentils and mushroom, bread and kale salad. Most shelled seafoods are cold nature. But mussle is warm nature, so Yang-deficiency people can eat mussle.
At dinner we prepared chicken salad and chicken soup noodle, which is the same as that of Day5.

Breakfast recipes for 7 day 1200 calorie menu Day6
a. Stir Fried Egg with Celery Recipe
Crack egg in a small bowl, beat well.
Cut celery into small sections.
Heat oil in a wok, slip in egg, stir fry.
Add celery, soy sauce. Stir fry 3mins.
Add salt to taste.

b. Homemade Nutrition Paste Recipe
Take 1/3 cup Nutrition Paste. Put in a bowl.
Steam for 5mins to warm up.

Add oat and milk in a bowl, steam for 10mins or nuke 2mins in microwave.
Steamed Sweet Potato Recipe
Clean, cut into small blocks. Place in a tray.
Steam for 10-15mins.
Lunch recipes for 7 day 1200 calorie menu Day6
a. Stewed Mussle with Lentils and Mushroom Recipe
Clean mussle, shelled,cut tofu into 3-4 small pieces.
Clean mushroom, cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic and onions, stir.
Put in lentils and mushroom, stir fry till soft.(Add hot water if dry.)
Add mussle, stir fry 2mins.
Add salt and other seasonings to taste.
c. Kale Salad
Clean kale, put in boiling water for 3mins.
Take out, cut into small pieces, mix with olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Dinner recipes for 7 day 1200 calorie menu Day6
a. Chicken with Mixed Vegetable Salad Recipe
2 cups of cold water, add in chicken, rice wine and garlic and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 15-30mins. Add salt to taste.
Cool down. Take out the meat. Split thread by hands.
Bring to a boil to chicken soup, poach sliced vegetables.
Scoop vegetables by a strainer. Drain well. Arrange with chicken thread.
Sprinkle oil, salt and vinegar, stir well.
b. Chicken Soup Noodle Recipe
Take the chicken soup from the above a.
Add chopped cabbage, tomato sauce, bring to a boil.
Add in noodle, stir well. Add 1 cup hot water.
Simmer for 10mins or till the noodle is done.
